The ideal hire will have:

• 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience

• Strong POV on how AI is transforming SEO—and proof they’ve used it to drive results

• Confidence in their strategy chops, not just execution

• Familiarity with tools like GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio

• A bias for action, results, and clarity
