LLMs just sent me 9- & 10-figure leads

SEO isn’t dead, but if you’re still playing the old game, you’ve already lost.

Every one of them? Multi-9 and 10-figure companies.

Here’s what stood out:

LLM traffic is converting 4–10x better.
The quality is insane. They’re decision-makers coming in hot.

They’re landing directly on high-intent BOFU pages.
These aren’t blog readers or newsletter lurkers. They’re searching for things like “SaaS marketing agency” and heading straight to the offer. If you’re not optimizing your transactional pages, you’re invisible to LLMs.

Brand is the new keyword.
The old playbook said: create blog content, rank for keywords, win traffic. That still works, but it’s not enough. LLMs evaluate your brand presence across platforms. That means they’re factoring in your authority, trust signals, and how well-rounded your content is.

Traditional SEO is now table stakes.
If you’re still flexing “I ranked X blog #1,” congrats — so did everyone else in 2015. The prospects I’m talking to aren’t just asking about SEO… they’re asking how we’re integrating community, content, and conversion.
