I turned my company into a video game
One game screen instead of a dozen dashboards
I asked Fable 5 to turn my business into a video game this week. I expected a toy. I got the most useful dashboard I own.
Here's the setup. The game connects to my real systems: CRM, sales data, analytics. Each part of the business is a building on a map. When a metric slips, that building catches fire. This week my product factory was burning because activation was dropping, and my sales engine was constricting.

Sounds like a gimmick until you see what it replaces. Nobody on your team has to log into a dozen dashboards anymore. Pull up one screen, see what's on fire, and talk about it.
If you want a marketing team that operates this way without building it from scratch, that's exactly what we run at Single Brain. Agent-native, not Stone Age. https://www.singlebrain.com/ |
It even has a quest board. It reads the data and posts quests for the next 7 days. For example:
Run a stalled deal revival sprint. There is $410K of pipeline sitting cold. The quest is a one-week push to bring it back.
Repair the activation funnel. Take it from 34% to 45%.
A sad metric became a mission with a number attached. And instead of me assigning work, people look at the board and say "I'll take that quest." Ownership self-serve.
If you build one thing this week: stop making your team hunt for problems across tools. Wire your data into one view where problems show up as fires and fixes are claimable as quests. Once you have quests, work becomes playable. Playable work gets done faster.
I built this on a B2B SaaS view, but it maps to services, ecom, whatever you run. The data you need is already sitting in your CRM.
This is just one example of what you can do for your business. The future of business can be fun ;)
I walk through the whole thing in the new video. Watch it here.
