AI content is flooding the internet.

So how do you stand out when the internet becomes a sea of sameness?

Here’s how I think about winning in an AI-first world:

1. Proprietary data is your moat.
Generic insights won’t cut it anymore. If you have access to original data and you visualize it clearly, you win attention.
Think: SimilarWeb sharing traffic trends. AirOps breaking down AI workflows.
Mid-market and enterprise buyers eat this stuff up.

2. Strategy beats tactics.
AI can crank out tactical posts all day long. But strategic thinking is what makes people pause.
Every time I go on stage and talk big-picture strategy, those talks generate leads — not just applause.
Tactical talks are dopamine hits. Strategic talks drive pipeline.

3. Storytelling multiplies everything.
Steve Jobs said it best: “The storyteller is the most powerful person in the room.”
Data alone isn’t enough. Strategy alone isn’t enough. But when you combine them with a great story and a better content marketing strategy?
That’s how you build trust, brand, and authority.
Better yet: when it feels personalized to the reader, you unlock a whole new level of engagement.

If you're just publishing for publishing's sake, you're playing a losing game.
But if you're publishing with clarity, insight, and originality, you're building defensible attention.
