I’ve read 384 business books over the last 39 years.

Most of them are forgettable. These five aren’t:

I paid $500 for this out-of-print book—and it was worth every cent.
It’s packed with interviews from legends like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Michael Dell, and more.
Rare insights into how they thought, built, and executed. You won’t find this on a typical “Top 10” list.

2. Worldly Wisdom
These are Charlie Munger’s distilled mental models. It’s about thinking clearly, making smarter decisions, and operating from first principles.
I revisit this often. It’s short—but dense.

3. Double Your Profits in 6 Months or Less
78 strategies to cut waste and grow bottom-line profits.
No fluff. Just punchy tactics you can implement today.
If you run a business, this should be on your shelf.

4. Lessons from Century Club Companies
These are companies that have survived 100+ years.
It’s all about pattern recognition—what these businesses did to stand the test of time.
I’ve dog-eared this book to death. It’s that good.

5. Elon Musk by Walter Isaacson
Whether or not you like him, Elon Musk has changed industries.
This book breaks down the mental frameworks, risk tolerance, and sheer obsession that drives his success.
If you want to think bigger, this is your blueprint.
